Please allow extra processing time (1-2 days) during high-volume times such as sales, new product launches, festival and holiday, etc.
Estimated Delivery Time
All orders will be processed and shipped directly from our distribution center in China, normally it takes about 2-3 weeks to reach yours.
Note: we offer expedited shipping options for saving delivery time (about 5-8 working days).
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive an email notification of the shipping details once your item has been shipped out.
You could track your order at 17track.net with your tracking number. (International shipping information may not be updated in time, you can track it in a later few days again).
Cancellations
If you change your mind right after your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been shipped.
If an order has already been shipped, please refer to our refund policy.
Address Change
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit.
